Aluminium Insulated Sandwich Panels

Aluminium insulated sandwich panel is a new innovative product that has been gaining popularity in the construction industry. The product is made by sandwiching polyurethane foam between one metal sheet and the other aluminum foil paper (two metal sheets also available). and metal sheets are usually embossed or carved into different patterns to create a decorative finish.

It is very simple to correctly install the metal carved board on the building, and it can be completed in five simple steps.

1. Preparation stage. After the metal carved board and its accessories you ordered arrive on site, you also need to prepare the tools for installing the board and accessories, mainly including: expansion screws (for concrete and cement brick walls), dovetail nails (for steel structure buildings), pistol drills, air nail guns (optional), markers, tape measures, rubber hammers, cutting machines, etc.;

2. Install the accessory base. Before installing the metal carved board, install the board accessory base, mainly including starting parts, closing parts, edging, center seams, yin and yang corners, etc.;

3. Install the board. After installing the accessory base, install the first metal carved board horizontally from top to bottom (in the scenario where there is no waterproofing requirement, some patterned boards can also be installed vertically), and all boards must have the female port facing down and the male port facing up. After installing the first plate, fix it to the wall with expansion screws or dovetail nails (it is recommended to fix a nail every 60 cm), then align the female end of the second plate with the male end of the first plate and insert it downwards, and tap the interface of the two plates with a rubber hammer to ensure that the connection between the two plates is tight enough, then fix the second plate to the wall with expansion screws or dovetail nails, and finally install the other plates in the same way. It should be noted that if the wall size is inconsistent with the plate size, it is necessary to measure and cut before continuing to install.

4. Install the accessory cover. After all the metal carved plates are installed, press the accessory cover hard on the base. If it is an accessory of the same material, fix it to the wall with screws and finally seal it with waterproof glass glue.

5. Tear off the protective film on the surface of the metal carved plate. In order to protect the outer layer of the metal carved plate from being scratched during transportation, all the plates shipped by Meixin Jinjian will be covered with a protective film on the surface. So when the panels are installed, you can tear off the protective film to make the building look brand new.
