1. Excellent Corrosion Resistance:
The synthetic resin roof tiles and their surface offer excellent corrosion resistance. They will not be eroded by rain or snow and can resist long-term exposure to acids, alkalis, salts, and other chemicals. Experimental results show that the product will not deform or fade when submerged in a solution of 40% NaOH and 40% H₂SO₄ for 24 hours. Microbes of all kinds cannot survive on the tile's surface.
2. Lightweight, High Strength, Easy to Install:
ASA PVC roof tiles are lightweight structural materials, weighing (6.0±0.2) kg/m², effectively reducing the load on the building and improving safety. They are especially suitable for the renovation of old buildings. At the same time, their light weight makes them easy to handle and install, reducing freight costs and construction expenses. With complete accessories and customizable lengths, installation is easy, improving paving efficiency and saving costs.
3. Strong Fire Resistance:
The main material, PVC resin, is inherently flammable; however, the fire performance has been tested and meets B1 level according to national fire department standards.
4. Self-Cleaning Property:
The surface of the ASA PVC roof tile is smooth and compact, making it resistant to dust accumulation. Once washed by rain, the tiles look as good as new, and there is no risk of scaling.
5. Sound Insulation, Heat Insulation:
High-quality anti-corrosion synthetic resin roof tiles have passed phoneme determination tests, showing their ability to absorb and reduce noise. They perform well in mitigating external noise, such as from rainstorms, hail, and gales. With a thermal conductivity of 0.325 W/m·K, the tiles are 1/30 as conductive as clay tiles, 1/5 as conductive as thick cement tiles, and 1/2000 as conductive as 0.5mm thick color steel tiles. Even without adding an insulation layer, they provide excellent thermal insulation performance.
