Use structural adhesive or glue to paste
The method of pasting wall panels mainly depends on the material, size and condition of the wall panels. The following are several common methods of pasting wall panels:
Paste with structural adhesive
Applicable scenarios : Applicable to small-sized wall panels or scenes with high wall flatness.
Steps :
Make sure the wall is clean, dry and flat, and repair and level it if necessary.
Apply structural adhesive evenly on the back of the wall panel, and pay attention to the appropriate amount of glue to avoid too much or too little.
Paste the wall panel on the wall according to the marked line, align the edges and press gently to fix.
Repeat the above steps until all wall panels are installed.
Paste with glue
Applicable scenarios : Applicable to PVC wall panels or other lightweight wall panels.
Steps :
Measure the wall size and cut the wall panel to the appropriate size.
Apply glue on the back of the wall panel and the corresponding position of the wall, paying attention to even distribution.
Paste the wall panel on the wall and ensure that the joints are tightly fitted.
Use decorative strips or corner lines to modify the joints to improve the overall aesthetics.
Installation with fixings
Applicable scenarios: Suitable for large wall panels or scenarios that require higher stability.
Steps:
Install fixing hangers or aluminum alloy straight bars on the wall to ensure that they are flat and stable.
Place the wall panel on the fixings, adjust the position and fix it.
Use nail guns or expansion bolts to further reinforce the wall panel to ensure its firmness.
