The core methods of finishing the wall panels include corner finishing, 45° bevel finishing, metal clip finishing and wall pressing/hanging seam technology. The specific method selection needs to be combined with the wall panel thickness, construction conditions and design requirements.

Common finishing methods and applicable scenarios
‌Corn corner finishing‌
Applicable to wall panels with a thickness of ≥9mm. By cutting the shape of the crabapple corner, the visual effect is classical and exquisite. The installation requires precise alignment (as described). This process is divided into: ‌

‌Oblique mouth butt joint‌: easy to install but requires nail reinforcement, and the joints are easy to expose; ‌

‌Card slot butt joint‌: The joints are more stable, but the dimensional accuracy requirements are high.
‌45° bevel finishing‌
Suitable for thin wall panels with a thickness of ≤3mm. After on-site cutting, the bevel joints are natural. It should be noted that the production process requirements are high, and sharp external angles may cause safety hazards. ‌

‌Metal clip strip closure‌
Used to fill the gap between the wall panel and the ground or between the wall panels, the gap is fixed by the metal clip strip, which is both functional and decorative. Especially suitable for complex joints that cannot be perfectly finished.

‌Wall pressing/hanging seam process‌
The joint between the gypsum board and the wall panel is processed by pressing or hanging the edge strip, for example:

‌Wall pressing closure‌: install wooden grille → press the edge strip → finish the wall panel; ‌
‌Hanging seam closure‌: fix the wall panel after hanging the edge strip.
